I have often eaten curry for breakfast especially any left overs from the night before! I will have to try out this recipe - it looks good.

Leftover Indian anything is great for breakfast. Add in some raita and onion chutney and a naan - food heaven. Try and find a Roti House, a mix of Caribbean and Indian, quite fun and a cool brunch.
