Beef and three bean chili, from Pinch My Salt

Beef and three bean chili, from Pinch My Salt (on Soup Chick)

There's no right or wrong way to make chili. Beans? No beans? It's entirely up to the cook. Nicole, from Pinch My Salt, encourages us to raid the pantry (you know how much we love doing that!) and add any type of beans or peppers into this classic beef and three bean chili. Both fresh jalapeño and dried chile peppers add heat, which you can adjust to your taste, and have fun combining black, red and pinto beans. Make it now, and freeze some for later. This bowl of red will not disappoint.
