Shrimpball pasta soup, from Framed Cooks
The minute I saw this recipe for shrimpball pasta soup on Framed Cooks I bookmarked, knowing I would make this as soon as I pulled the ingredients from the pantry. Kate seasons her shrimp meatballs with a little bit of Old Bay Seasoning, which I always have on the spice rack. I can imagine, too, putting an Asian spin on this soup, using lo mein noodles and adding a touch of soy sauce to the shrimp. This soup pushes all of my happy buttons.
