The Portuguese do remarkable things with pork and shellfish, especially clams, and this pork stew with clams, mussels and spicy red pepper sauce from Recipe Girl honors that tradition. There's a good bit of kale (also popular in Portuguese dishes), and a red pepper sauce kicked up with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Serve the stew with bread toasts to mop up the garlicky sauce.
