Creamy cauliflower soup with bacon and gorgonzola, from Steamy Kitchen

When Jaden of Steamy Kitchen wants her kids to try something new, she puts bacon and cheese in it, and that's a strategy that just might get me to give cauliflower another try. I've never been crazy about it, yet I'm intrigued by the idea of creamy soups with no cream, and mashed potatoes lightened with mashed cauliflower. This cauliflower soup has just three ingredients: cauliflower, vegetable broth and salt. The good stuff is in the garnish of crispy bacon and crumbled blue cheese. Doesn't that sound terrific?
