Spicy lamb stew, from Simply Recipes
Elise of Simply Recipes describes this spicy lamb stew as a lamb pot roast, or tagine. The lamb cooks slowly in a tomato base enriched with cumin, cardamom and hot Hungarian paprika, until the meat is falling-apart tender. The addition of raisins gives the stew a Moroccan flair. You could easily make this in a slow cooker, too.
