Indonesian carrot soup, from Food Blogga

Indonesian carrot soup, a New England favorite from Food Blogga.

We are lucky here in New England to have the New England Soup Factory restaurants, and Susan of Food Blogga, a displaced Rhode Island gal living in Southern California, is even luckier, as she has a copy of the New England Soup Factory Cookbook. This vegetarian Indonesian carrot soup boasts a good amount of fresh ginger along with curry spices and rich coconut milk. This soup would be the perfect antidote to a chilly autumn Meatless Monday here in the northeast.

I used to read Food Blogga all the time, somehow I lost track of it... thanks for the reminder, and with such a great soup!

:-)
