Black bean and pork tenderloin slow cooker chili, from Amee's Savory Dish
A few years ago, by accidentally pulling things out of a friend's refrigerator and dumping them into a soup pot, I discovered how fantastic black beans and peach salsa taste together. So, when I saw that Amee's recipe for slow cooker black bean and pork tenderloin chili calls for peach salsa -- and not just any peach salsa, but my very favorite Trader Joe's Spicy, Smoky Peach Salsa -- I was very excited. I don't eat pork, but I know many of you do, so if this sounds like your kind of chili, get your slow cooker out and give it a try. I think the combination of black beans and peach salsa will make you very happy.

That recipe sounds incredible, Lydia! The Smoky Peach salsa put me over the edge, too. No TJ's around here, so I might have to get a friend to ship me some! It would be worth it for this recipe. :-)
