Chili con carne recipe, from What's Cooking, Mexico?
Ben, of What's Cooking, Mexico?, knows his authentic Mexican food, but during the years he lived in the United States, he learned to adapt traditional dishes to available American ingredients. This chili con carne, made with ground turkey, uses ingredients you'll find in your local supermarket, with one possible exception: Mexican chocolate. As Ben says, if your market doesn't have it, change markets! Mexican chocolate, commonly sold under the brand names Abuelita and Ibarra, is chocolate ground with cinnamon and sugar, and pressed into small round bars. It makes the best hot cocoa, so it's worth seeking out, and it makes all the difference in this chili recipe.

Love the Mexican chocolate in this lighter chili recipe, and the zucchini.
Jeanette, same here. Can't wait to try this one. Ben's recipes are always terrific.
